Del. Price wants to hear from the youth of the 95th District! She's hosting office hours for ages 5-24! Come share your concerns, ideas, and conversation with Delegate Price on April 3rd during Spring Break at in northern Newport News from 10:00am-1:30pm Barnes & Noble Bookstore Cafe and then Refuge Nation Church, 3509 Chestnut Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 from 3:00pm-7:00pm. Deadline for Amazing Math Teacher Submissions
Delegate Marcia "Cia" Price would like to celebrate local AMAZING math teachers! Submit the information below to enter your favorite Math Teacher into the running for our awards. We want to salute math teachers from across the schools that teach in and near the 95th District. Be sure to fill out as much information as you can!
Teachers can be from any of the following schools:
**Newport News Elementary Schools: Achievable Dream, Carver, Deer Park, Discovery STEM, Epes, Jenkins, Newsome Park, Palmer, and Saunders
**Hampton Elementary Schools: Phenix and Tucker Capps
**Newport News Middle Schools: Achievable Dream, Booker T. Washington, Crittenden, and Huntington
**Hampton Middle Schools: Jefferson Davis and Phenix
**Newport News High Schools: Achievable Dream, Denbigh, Enterprise Academy, and Heritage
**Hampton High School: Bethel
The deadline for submissions is April 4th by 11:59pm. The winners will be announced on April 11th! The winner will be chosen considering two main factors: (1) the number of submissions they receive and (2) how they have impacted their students.

Reconvened Session: Virginia General Assembly
The Virginia General Assembly will meet to vote on actions taken by Governor Ralph Northam. We will vote on his vetoes and amendments to legislation we passed in regular Session. You can watch from home at 12n.

Community Empowerment Fair
Del. Price will be at the fair meeting and greeting constituents and sharing information from the Legislative Session, Special Session, and Reconvened Session. She will also have information for residents of Newport News and Hampton and giveaways for the youth.
This is the 10th Annual Community Empowerment Fair hosted by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc - Lambda Omega Chapter. It's a great event for all ages and is tons of fun.
